Demolition GOODS (Unboxing)

OPERATOR PREPARATION
1. Empty and clean the work area from dirt and objects - other objects.
2. Prepare a tool - a tool like a hammer, crowbar, markers, staplers, ballpoint.
3. Prepare pallets and containers that will be used for placement of goods.
4. Prepare a checklist depacking.
5. Prepare the forklift for placing boxes - boxes that will be in disassemble
6. Use personal protective equipment like gloves, helmet, safety belt, safety shoes.
7. Make sure all equipment in good condition, and forklifts are in good condition and occupied.
8. Prepare boxes - boxes that will be placed Unboxing the line and the given distance.
9. Prepare pallets and place the empty container on it for the placement of goods that have been checked.
10. Prepare a checklist on each depacking - each case in accordance with the lot and the number of cases (case no).


IMPLEMENTATION
1. Unloading boxes first skewer between depacking check list and a casket.
2. Check items (parts) including part number and amount in accordance with depacking check list.
3. Write down the location on a piece of paper and staple the parts that have been checked.
4. Put the parts into a container that had been prepared.
