WORK INSTRUCTIONS Charging Battery

OPERATOR PREPARATION 
1. Protective Equipment Prepare Yourself (SPE): gloves, helmet, goggles, masks
2. Forklift Straighten and adjust the distance to the tray for easy battery charging process
3. Clean the floor of the slippery conditions to avoid slipping

IMPLEMENTATION
1. Use Self Protective Equipment (SPE), before making a charging
2. Open the lock on the forklift at the right position
3. Place the battery on the forklift tracks in the right position
4. Remove the battery from the forklift sockets
5. Pull the battery from a forklift to the charging
6. Place the lock so that battery does not move
7. Open the lid of water batteries, to check the condition of the water position accu
8. If berkuran accu water, fill water into the battery batteries within the limits prescribed
9. Place the battery into the charger socket
10. Press the charger
11. If the charging process is full, the button will be automatically disconnected

SOLUTION
1. Remove the battery socket of the charget
2. Close all water cover accu
3. Open the battery lock
4. Push the battery into the forklift battery holder according to the position
5. Connect the socket to a forklift battery
6. Return the battery on the rail position in the charger
7. The key to the forklift battery that can not be separated
8. Remove protection equipment (SPE), finished the charging
9. Clean the floor area of charging slippery conditions, so as not to slip
