WORK INSTRUCTIONS GOODS LIFT

OPERATOR PREPARATION
1. Prepare Self Protective Equipment (SPE): gloves
2. Get the estimated weight of items to be removed, if the goods are excessive weight or can not be raised alone, use tools such as push trolley or ask for help from others
3. Before appointed, a decision which way the item will be taken without a hitch
4. In a lift, try standing close to the load to be lifted.

IMPLEMENTATION
1. Use Self Protective Equipment (SPE): gloves, before picking up the goods
2. Renggangkan one foot closer to the object to be lifted and the other leg positioned behind the object
3. Do squat position with your spine straight, but not the vertical
4. Hold the object with both hands (palms of hands) and not with a finger
5. Fold your elbows to get a more powerful force
6. Concentrate your weight on both feet and jammed the legs, back straight and try not to use your back muscles. Keep a balance and avoid twist
7. Bend your knees and not your back, let your legs slowly lift the load. Load nestle together closely so that we are still able to see and notice
8. Watch carefully dangerous spots such as, the rise, doors, etc.. Note the good road
9. If taking things from places that are difficult and should crouch, then keep your back straight, stomach muscles taut. Push your butt back and fold the knee. Use your leg muscles, stomach and buttocks to lift the goods.
10. If you must take or lift items from a high place then:
Use a flat basis than the sloping staircase. Take things a little bit, not both. Encourage little burden to know how heavy the load stable. Slide the load as close as possible to the body before lifting. Ask for help when necessary to avoid accidents

SOLUTION
1. Put the goods, try standing near the place where the goods will be placed.
2. Make sure the location of the goods safely and correctly according to plans laid
