WORK INSTRUCTIONS ACCUMULATION GOODS

OPERATOR PREPARATION

1. Prepare Self Protective Equipment  (SPE): gloves, helmet, safety belt, safety shoes

2. Prepare transportation / Forklift

3. Prepare the area for the accumulation of goods 4. Note 4 . (Quick, Neat, Clean, Outpatient)

IMPLEMENTATION

1. Use Self Protective Equipment (SPE): gloves, helmet, safety belt, safety shoes before working

2. Separate the goods will be stacked between the items used with the unused goods. Goods unused in place other place, separate from the items used

3. Separate stack combustible goods and dangerous goods from the goods that are not dangerous

4. Stack starting from the heavy goods into the light

5. Easy to move goods using stoper

6. Tie the goods easily fall

7. Melatakkan careful long goods, try to put in a sleeping position
